Hello. I bought your Swiftpoint Z mouse and want to share my feedback.
I'm a dedicated Lol/WoW player and I'm using steelseries Legendary Edition mouse for playing and working for about 10 years. I'm in love with those two buttons around the mouse wheel, because they are the best spam buttons for actions in any games. That is specifically only reason I bought your mouse. Steelseries don't produce these mice anymore so I'm using one with treasuring spare parts of old similar ones, waiting when they will stop working for good.
But despite that your mouse has these buttons some design compared to Steelseries one is less convenient or just weird/questionable.
In the first part of the picture below I show the BEST button placements around the wheel. Steelseries made them incredible and perfect. There is nothing mess up with touching or pressing them and they are very firm and don't mess with anything on the way. Your buttons sometimes pressed when I want to press left/right buttons. They are good but not perfect. I would prefer them to be less voluminous and more integrated into the shape of the mouse like steelseries did it.
The little finger pad on a right side of the mouse is weird. I do not understand how I'm supposed to place my fingers there. Actually, after few hours of playing WoW my little and ring fingers became numb and started to ache a bit. There is also so much empty space there, you could add additional button there like steelseries did. This is a rare using button for long CD for me in games or I'm tossing a shrooms in LoL while playing as Teemo.
The second part of the picture is most weird thing that you did: you changed mouse 4 and 5 and turned them into horizontal stacking buttons that aren't convenient to press. I do not understand why you did this; even regular non-gaming mice have these buttons properly aligned one after another. Also, there is again so much empty space that you could leave few buttons there like Steelseries did (or maybe fore more buttons?).
One more thing that is weird/problematic is a button physical sensibility, when my fingers resting on a mouse I accidentally pressing left and right buttons without wanting to do so. The steelseries mouse is very firm and accidental pressing is mostly impossible. Your mouse is so light on touching that I'm ALWAYS pressing something that I don't want. Would be good to increase rigidity of buttons? (take the steelseries mouse for reference).
On the bright side your double back buttons (steelseries has only one) are much convenient tp press than on steelseries mouse. I'm glad you have them don't change anything there.
this feedback is just a personal experience. I know that I cannot dictate design of your product. But I would REALLY like to get a perfect mouse for gaming and work, so I'm really interested in your mouse. I will buy the next generation mouse if you add stuff that I mention or fix some weirdness on recent variants.
