I saw in a different thread about the Omron switches that are similar to the ones that come default from Swiftpoint for replacement, but I was wondering if anyone has any experience using something from Kailh (like the 4.0 or 8.0) or similar? Is this possible? Would this affect the deep click functionality?

Secondarily, I seem to have issues with my middle mouse click double clicking (activating twice rapidly) on click and was hoping there was a fairly easy fix for it.
