Firmware update fails after installing X1 for a Swiftpoint Z -- solution

Hi, I ran into a problem but I figured it out and thought it might help other people.

After I updated from the old Swiftpoint Z software to the new X1 software I kept getting an "Update Failed" error when trying to update the driver and firmware.  After trying several things, like rebooting, manually uninstalling the older software, etc., I finally thought to plug the mouse into a USB 2 port instead of the USB 3 port it's usually plugged into.  After that, the update worked.  I'm not sure if it's specified anywhere that you should use USB 2, but if it was, I missed it and hopefully this will help others if they missed it too.  On the other hand, it may just be a quirk of my system. Still, if you're having trouble updating, try a different port.
