I downloaded the new software, and started the firmware update for my Z as prompted, but my mouse does not turn back on during this update, I have to remove the USB and insert it again, which cancels the update. I made sure the old software was entirely closed, restarted my PC multiple times and made sure the old software doesn't start on launch and redownloaded the new software too. None work.
