X1 Control Panel: Transferring custom Windows profiles to Linux

Hey! First time posting here. I'm currently in the process of switching from Windows to Linux. I'm still dualbooting over separate SSD's until I can set everything up correctly, which brings me to why I'm asking this.

Recently, I found out about the X1 Control Panel Linux port and was pleasantly surprised. I assumed that since the Z2 flash memory was overwritten by my custom Windows profiles, that the control panel on Linux would recognize it immediately and I'd be good to go. However, this wasn't the case.

My Windows profile is in use when the software isn't launched because of the flash storage, but it's disabled and not accessible when the software is launched. After realizing this, I tried manually importing profiles from my Windows SSD (using both the profile folder located in Program Files and the one located in Appdata/Local) and neither had my custom profiles, only the default ones. Has anyone figured out a way to do this? I don't want to individually re-configure all the custom macros I had set up. Also, is this just a Linux issue, or is importing your profiles to another OS with X1 Control Panel just not possible currently?
