When moving my mouse back and forth in long lengths, causes the mouse to vibrate and go into config mode and out really quickly. 

Has anyone else witnessed this issue.

The fix I did was disable anything that was on any tilt function in the expert mode. 

The mouse seems to track fine when on the glass pad, pretty much the same as regular mouse pad.
