I installed the P3 Control Panel but it crashes every time after launching.

What I already tried is as follows:

installed the latest version SwiftpointP3-V3.6.0.0.msi on my windows 10

crashed

followed the instruction "Windows P3 Control Panel Clean Install" (https://support.swiftpoint.com/portal/en/kb/articles/p3-control-panel-clean-install )

↓
crashed

↓

formatted my windows 10 and tried to install SwiftpointP3-V3.6.0.0.msi again

↓

crashed

What can I do for it now??
