Okay, I submitted a ticket for this and then closed it, thinking I solved my own problem. I didn't, it just keeps coming back again and again, whenever I try to make a new profile. I will now copy and past my ticket below:
I am rather new so hopefully this has a simple explanation. So, I was getting the mouse up and running with my favorite game by selecting the "+" and creating a "FFXI" profile next to the "Desktop" profile (it's marked as 'default')on the mouse. I fiddled with some of the buttons on the FFXI profile like the scroll wheel, and turned off the RGB light for the Default profile and changed the FFXI to a static color. Upon saving and 'changing profiles' by rotating the mouse to the right, getting that little vibration, I see 'Config Mode' on the OLED, but upon pressing the top left-hand button, I don't see the name of the profiles anymore. Not 'Default' not 'FFXI', not anything, just blank. It does however change to the new profile, due to the indication of the RGB light turning on.
My question now is if there is any way to fix what I did and get the OLED to display the names of profiles again?
Thank you!
EDIT:
After messing with it for a bit, it seems like if I change the RGB light to anything, it will cause the problem to occur. Can anyone else test to see if they can recreate the problem? All I did was create a second profile, turned off RGB light. Save. And tried to rotate mouse, go into Config Mode, and tried to cycle the profile names on the OLED by pressing the top left hand button (but I don't see them at all), I do see the 'Config Mode' and it will change to the profile, but obviously I would like to see the names on the OLED as well since it's hard to see colors under my palm.
