Hello, 

I'm having a problem with my Z3. I programmed and saved various profiles from my main computer. I made sure to check the “Save Profiles to Mouse Flash Memory” option, but when I plug the Z3 into my MacBook, I can't find my profiles. 

Both computers have the latest version of the Swiftpoint x1 Control Panel installed.
