This should be interesting, the new support area is active right now as was the old one when it launched.
Within a few months the support forum became a ghost town because literally no one responded to anything, not even the growing barrage of abuse at Swiftpoint and its non existence. I even emailed the MD to Express my concerns, couldn't even be bothered to reply.
I own a Z mouse and in 27 years of PC gaming its the best mouse on the planet and I'll buy another, but the support? We'll see..
