Whenever I turn on my PC, I have the Swiftpoint software set to auto startup but the software does not auto-start. This then causes the issue that my profiles are not auto-switching when changing programs. The mouse memory is at 16% when I have two profiles loaded, but the only thing I can really think of is that the memory on the mouse does not allow for auto-profile switching like the software does.
