Hi there!

I have probably 4 Swiftpoint Z (1st gen) mice that I use daily as a radiologist for reading exams. They've been rock solid aside from the middle click issue which is a known thing.

However, since I upgraded to the most recent firmware (have not upgraded for quite a while, at least 1 year) one of my Swiftpoint Z keeps randomly buzzing and the OLED screen says "Exit Config". Same profile that I had for a year before, which did not result in this.

I have another Z that i use at the hospital at a different computer with the same identical loaded profile that does not do this.

I did remove the Z from a USB3 hub and plugged it directly into the computer, which reduced, but did not eliminate, these random "Exit Config" messages.

I tried doing tilt calibration, cleared all profiles from the mouse and reloaded, uninstalled the newest X1 panel.. still occurring.

Again, this was NEVER an issue with the older firmware and control panel for >1-2 years.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? If i clear all profile mappings it does not happen. But it's the same profile that has been working ok last 1-2 years.
