What are the Privacy policies and wavers for the use of Swiftpoint's products?

I am drawn to the command internal mapping storage but can't find any Privacy practice documentation.

I currently have a RAZER Epic Chroma requiring Synapse. The Synapse software is too invasive for my liking (allowing usage and other information to be accessed). It's not an overpriced simplistic piece of hardware not worth the price originally paid.

Please direct me towards Swiftpoint's Privacy documentation (specifically towards the X1 software and Z mouse).

If Swiftpoint doesn't collect such information already mentioned, it would be the only gaming mouse on the market (potential major selling point for all its respective products that such privacy relates).
