recently received my z2 and when I plugged it in the x1 control panel wanted me to update the firmware and when I did it "finished" updating the firmware and then the mouse wouldn't move and started disconnecting and reconnecting. Ive tried plugging it into other usb slots and nothing it would still cycle between connecting and disconnecting unsure what to do to fix it
