Received my Swiftpoint Z2 last week and finally got a chance to unbox and program it, and the Left Trigger Pull is just not working. Anyone else had an issue with one of the buttons? I've had mice where it happens after 12+ months of major use, but not out of the box.

Just wondering if it's an unfixable defect, a programming issue, or something I can fix at home? Thought I'd check with the community before putting in a ticket.

ps have attached a screeny of the offending button and the allocations. #7 working fine, but #6 (Left Trigger Pull), with the same programming method, just won't work. I've also tried mapping #7 to the trigger, and it won't work either, so it's defs an issue with the trigger ya?
