Hello guys ! I have trouble just making a tap or hold on the same key :( i don't know if it's possible

For exemple in PUBG i'd like to use the left trigger push for "use" (when i just tap it quickly) and when i hold it it's ALT for "free look" 

Same for the front edge, for exemple when i just tap the button it triggers "weapon 1" and when i hold it for like 1 second it triggers "weapon 2"
