Opening Notepad using Windows by either using the Start Menu or search will always open Notepad correctly.  However, when opening Notepad using the Wheel Menu, it always tries to open a non-existent file name C:\SESSION:*.txt where * is some random name as if Wheel Menu is opening Notepad by specifying a non-existent randomly generated file name.

This is under Swiftpoint P3 Control Panel v3.6.2.0.
