I am running Windows 11 and there is a issue with Windows P3 Control Panel v3.6.3.0 which is not in the earlier versions.  

Basically, every once in awhile, the label which is defined as the same thing one gets when the mouse pointer is placed on top of the Windows P3 Control Panel icon without clicking any buttons will show up somewhere randomly on the screen and stay stuck and won't disappear until one puts their mouse pointer over the Windows P3 Control Panel icon which will fix the problem.
