Situation:
This computer moved from Swiftpoint to X1,

I do not believe I had ever saved profile to mouse.
Windows update, rebooted and mouse did not work.

Thankfully, this is a laptop so I had a trackpad to open X1 and I see that everything inside is blank (no left-click or right-click bound).

Thankfully, I've got backups of my config, so I loaded those.  They are saved to the mouse now.

Mostly posting this as a warning to others to save/backup your configs.
