I've spent some time researching CAD productivity mice and found the Z2 and Creator.

Do both mice have the same capabilities in terms of creating profiles for specific programs?

I want to be able to use a command like 'copy with base point' in CAD and map it to a specific button.

Would this work for any command or are the commands limited to the ones that are entered into the command line in the program?

Also, the on-board memory will work on other computers and have the capability to automatically switch profiles between programs even without them having the X1 Control Panel installed, correct?

I am debating which of the two would be better suited for my needs. Any advice?

I have not been able to find an example of CAD work being done with these mice so I want to make sure I understand their capabilities before purchasing one.
