I received my Z2. After playing around for a few hours, I could not get the profiles to work from memory. When I switch to memory, it defaults to Desktop 1200 DPI.

I have set a custom profile, renamed it, and saved it in memory more than ten times while testing. The OLED screen shows me the profile in use as "Desktop" with 1200 DPI, but I don't even have a Desktop profile with 1200 DPI anywhere in the software. I removed the original Desktop profile and created my own profile.

Can anyone help with some ideas? Edit: I'm hoping I'm missing something about how to cycle profiles from memory, but after hours upon hours of troubleshooting, at this stage, I'm wondering if my mouse is faulty.
