firmware update required usb connection.

unplugged the dongle, plugged the mouse.

mouse works wired. plugged the dongle, and mouse is not working.

swiftpair just says "failed" to pair. i'm at my wits end.

after the update, the dongle seems to not be getting detected by windows.

how do you even try to manually re-pair this mouse that doe snot result in "failed"?

this is a z2 if i have to use it wired.
