We are aware of an issue where the battery can incorrectly report a very low charge immediately after it is removed from the charger; if the mouse was switched off while charging.

This is an incorrect reading, so you shouldn't worry that your mouse is not charging correctly.

To get the correct battery reading again just switch your mouse back on and it will update again shortly after the mouse reconnects to your PC. It should only take a few seconds for the Swiftpoint Control Panels battery reading to be updated; however Windows may take a minute to update its Bluetooth list with the correct reading if you are checking it there.
