The adhesive used on the parking spot is intended to be permanent, so it would be difficult to move from one location to another. Also it will not retain its adhesion once removed. 

So it is possible to reuse the Parking Spot if you can remove it. But you would also need to remove the remains of the old adhesive with Isopropyl alcohol, and then apply a new adhesive.
