Cannot connect to mouse in firmware update mode on Windows 11

When updating your pen-grip mouse's firmware you need to create a pairing to the mouse while it's in firmware update mode. In the firmware update wizard this step is identified as "Create pair with DfuG4/P3Update".

On Windows 11 the DfuG4/P3Update devices will not be visible for pairing by default. To make them visible click the "Show All Devices" button at the bottom of the pairing list.

Earlier versions of Windows 11 do not have this button, instead you will need to change the "Bluetooth devices discovery" setting from "Default" to "Advanced".

This setting can be found below your Bluetooth device list, as shown in the screenshot below.
