"Error 2" During Firmware Update

If you are consistently encountering an Error 2 when you attempt to update the firmware of your Z. This indicates a problem with the serial number saved to your mouse.

Fortunately we are able to resolve this remotely. So please just submit a support ticket including the serial number from the base of your mouse, and we will get this resolved for you.
