How do I connect ErgoPoint to a USB Receiver?

Out of the box connecting ErgoPoint to its USB receiver should be as simple as plugging the receiver in, inserting a AA battery, then switching your mouse on. From that point on ErgoPoint will always attempt to re-connect with this receiver first when it's switched on.

However if your normal USB receiver is not plugged in nearby when you switch ErgoPoint on, it will then look for another receiver to connect with. If it finds one, that receiver will now be the one it connects to automatically.

If you are in a situation where there are two or more ErgoPoint receivers nearby, and your ErgoPoint connects to the wrong one (for example if your normal USB receiver is plugged into a system which is not powered on). Then you will need to briefly unplug the USB receiver it did connect to, then toggle power on your ErgoPoint so it will connect to the receiver with the strongest signal (normally the closest one).
