My mouse is not working in Amazon Workspaces on iOS.
If you have paired your ProPoint or Swiftpoint GT mouse over Bluetooth with your iOS device and it is not working within your remote session. Please also ensure that your mouse is enabled in Workspaces settings as described below.
- Swipe in from the left to access your settings.
- Select the settings icon and ensure that your mouse is displayed as connected (button should say "Disconnect").
- If it is not connected (and will not re-connect), try removing your current Bluetooth pairing and closing Workspaces, before creating a new pairing.
On iOS 13 and above also make sure that Workspaces has access to Bluetooth devices:
On your iPad / iPhone: Open up Settings app -> Workspaces and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
