My mouse is not working in Splashtop on iOS.

Splashtop Personal, Business & Enterprise all support the Swiftpoint GT and ProPoint on iOS.

So if you have paired your iPad with one of these over Bluetooth but are unable to move the cursor within a remote session, please check the following.
On iOS 13 and above make sure that Splashtop has access to Bluetooth devices:
On your iPad / iPhone: Open up Settings app -> Splashtop and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
  1. Open the Splashtop Controls" menu in your remote session and make sure that Trackpad Mode is enabled. This is indicated by the icon at the center of the toolbar, as shown below.
  1. Alternately if you are already in Trackpad Mode try toggling this off and on again while moving your mouse.

Finally if your mouse is still not responding in Splashtop, close the app and open your iPads Bluetooth settings. From here remove all pairings with your mouse and create a new one.

Once your new pairing is showing as "Connected" launch a new remote session in Splashtop and check the points above once more.
