Intermittent Reverse Scrolling
If your Z/Tracer/Creators scroll-wheel is starting to register scrolls in the opposite
direction when scrolling rapidly in one direction (e.g. repeatedly
scrolling up while already at the top of a page causes frequent scrolls
down the page), then the scroll-wheels encoder is developing a hardware
issue. So if your mouse is still under warranty please
submit a ticket with the purchase details for your mouse.
Even if your mouse is no longer under warranty problems like this can be addressed directly by performing some maintenance on the scroll encoder; or by replacing the encoder entirely. The article below covers the steps for basic maintenance, and where you can get a replacement encoder if you need to go down that route (help desk account required).
