Windows Haptic Signals allows any applications on windows to send force feedback signals to the mouse in response to in-app events.

You may notice this as slight vibrations when the mouse cursor hovers of a windows close button. Or when you drag windows to the edge of your screen to snap them into position. But some other apps (like PowerPoint) also have app specific events which trigger haptic vibrations.

This feature requires Windows 11, version 24H2 (26100.8328 or above) and can be enabled/disabled from Windows mouse settings, as shown below.
