The GTs Swiftpoint Manager software is currently only compatible with macOS versions 10.10 to 10.14. As unfortunately Catalina (10.15) made significant changes which prevent the Swiftpoint Manager from detecting the GT at all.
The GT does still work on Catalina, but if the Swiftpoint Manager installed mouse gestures may be disabled; and the Swiftpoint Manager itself will not function at all. This being the case we recommend Catalina users remove the Swiftpoint Manager completely by following the steps below.
- Open the Swiftpoint Manager.
- Go to its Tools menu and select Uninstall Helpers.

- Right click the Swiftpoint Manager on the Dock and select Quit.

- Open Finder and go to your applications folder.
- Drag the Swiftpoint Manager to the Bin.
If your GT is not working at all after performing these steps switch it off and unplug its USB Receiver if it is connected. Now plug the receiver back in or just switch your GT back on to reconnect over Bluetooth.
With the Swiftpoint Manager uninstalled the GT will operate with its default settings. But some customization is still available via the GTs Cloud Configurator. Just use the link below and follow the on-screen instructions to access the configuration menu.
While this does provide some similar options to the Swiftpoint Manager there are features it does not support. So we are currently assessing possible options for supporting the GT on Catalina going forward.
