The OLED screen on my Z is no longer working.

If your Zs OLED screen is no longer responding. Please try performing a reset of your Z with the steps below and confirm if there is any response from the OLED screen.
  1. Unplug your Z.
  2. Hold down the main left and right mouse buttons.
  3. Plug your Z back in while continuing to hold both mouse buttons.
  4. A countdown should be displayed on the OLED screen along with the logo backlight flashing red and the mouse vibrating.
If you can feel the vibration, and see the logo backlight flashing, but the OLED still does not respond there must be a physical issue with the OLED. If this is the case please submit a support ticket to see what options are available.
