300 Series USB Pairing/Reset Instructions

300 Series USB Pairing/Reset Instructions

If you wish to reset your 300 series mouse to its default settings, or pair it to a USB please follow the instructions below.
  1. Insert the USB receiver into your computer.
  2. While holding down both buttons, repeatedly turn the scroll wheel until both LED lights turn on (this may take up to 15 seconds)
  3. Let go of the buttons and hold the mouse close to the USB receiver. The lights will turn off when the mouse has "paired" with the receiver.
  4. Try using the mouse (you may need to click the button to start it).

If both LEDs on your mouse light up during the reset process but it does not connect, there could a problem with your USB receiver. So try the process again via a different USB port to confirm, then if that does not work you may need a new USB receiver. Check the article below for details on this.

Alternately, if the two LED's do not light up, then unfortunately there is a problem with the mouse itself.
