Mouse tracking consistent lag/slowness with ProPoint Mouse

Mouse tracking consistent lag/slowness with ProPoint Mouse

I and my 20 other friends had each bought several Swiftpoint ProPoint mouses recently and we are all using Windows 24H2 Professional Edition Build 26100.3476 on various make/model laptops and using Windows P3 Control Panel v3.6.4.0 which is basically experiencing an issue where the mouse will track fine and then a minute later, the tracking is lagging and very slow that the pointer is probably behind the actual movement by 5 seconds because it is moving slowly than normal and the same issue repeats about a minute or so later, the timing could be longer or shorter before the issue returns.  The built in touchpad still is fast.  The problem occurs with both USB Receiver and Bluetooth connections.  Turning the mouse off and back on will fix the problem for that one minute of time before it happens again, same thing if the USB Receiver/Charger was removed and plugged back in again.  Neither of those two options would work long term as the on/off switch on the mouse and the USB port and USB Receiver/Charger would suffer physical damage sooner or later .

We had performed the Windows P3 Control Panel Clean Install procedure at:
https://support.swiftpoint.com/portal/en/kb/articles/p3-control-panel-clean-install
and using Windows P3 Control Panel v3.6.4.0 which is downloaded and installed.  Mouse firmware is v1.36.  Yet, the same issue remains.

After some heavy troubleshooting, it appears the problem is caused by the Windows P3 Control Panel v3.6.4.0 as killing the GT3.exe process would allow the ProPoint mouse to work without the slowness and lag as long as the GT3.exe Windows P3 Control Panel process is not running.  Ofcourse the drawback is none of the features or configured buttons work as the Control Panel is no longer running in the background.  The problem will return whether the system is rebooted which would start the GT3.exe Windows P3 Control Panel process or if we manually start the Windows P3 Control Panel which would also GT3.exe Windows P3 Control Panel process.  This issue has caused us to unable to use the mouse efficiently and being unproductive as it is slowing everything down.

I hope this issue can be looked into.  Thank you for your time and attention.
