Pen-grip mouse is not reconnecting to Samsung Android device via Bluetooth

Pen-grip mouse is not reconnecting to Samsung Android device via Bluetooth

Some Samsung Android devices have difficulties reconnecting to composite Bluetooth devices like our pen-grip mice. The mouse may reconnect, but in a non-functional state; or it's re-connection may be refused entirely.

These issues can be caused by the "Shared Keyboard", or "Multi-Control" feature available on some Samsung devices. So we recommend checking your settings for these options, and disabling them if they are available.

If that doesn't resolve the issue please refer to our general Bluetooth troubleshooting article.
