Tilt or Pivot Mappings are not responding

If any of your tilt or pivot mappings are not working , try setting the OLED mode on your profile to "Tilt Angles". This will display the current Roll, Pitch, and Yaw, values from the gyroscope, so you can identify if they are responding correctly.

When your mouse is flat on the desk the R (Roll) and P (Pitch) values should be at 0°; or very close to it. But if you pick up the mouse and move it in the air all three values should update in real-time.

If none of the tilt values are changing when you move the mouse around. First try unplugging and reconnecting the mouse, or if that doesn't work, perform a factory reset of the mouse.

Alternately if the values are updating, but 'P' and 'R' are not close to 0° when the mouse is flat on your desk, the gyro just needs to be re-calibrated. This can be done from the mouse menu in Simple Mode, or the main menu in Expert Mode.

If the tilt values displayed on the OLED appear correct but your mapping is still not activating. There may just be a problem with its configuration. So check the points below:
  1. Ensure that the profile with your tilt/pivot mappings is active; or that your active profile is inheriting the mappings from a parent profile.
  2. Double check that the angle and direction of your mapping is correct.
  3. If your mapping includes an input combo (e.g. button press + tilt, or a tilt within a tilt), ensure that the combo is correct and valid. For example:
    1. The combo below is invalid, because you cannot tilt in opposite directions at the same time. So the mapping assigned to 'B' can never activate.

    2. This one is invalid because the second tilt must have a higher input angle than the first. You cannot pass 1.2° tilt after you have already passed 2.5°, so again 'B' can never activate..
