Z2 not detected when returning from sleep
New Win 11 install. Changed Z1 for Z2 when it arrived. All seemed to be working just fine but mouse is not detected by X1 software after resuming windows from sleep. Cursor is still working but buttons do not register and logo light is off. Disconnecting
Problem updating Firmware on Z1 [already solved]
After updating X1 to 3.0.5.0, I was invited to update the firmware on my Z1. Unfortunately, the firmware update just sat there fore over 10 minutes (and the mouse still worked) so I killed the X1 control panel and restarted it. This condition persisted
Keypad binds work as actions
Keypad binds act as if numlock is disabled. Numpad 1 = End, Num 2 = Down, etc. Version: 2.0.9.0 Example: Disregard #2 being present, only a visual example.

What directory are profiles saved to?
Something is wrong with Swiftpoint X1 Control Panel and it will not launch. If I had to guess it became corrupted by an unstable overclock. I want to reinstall everything, but I want to backup my profiles first. I don't know what directory my profiles
