Generating a copy of the X1 Control Panels log file
To help us troubleshoot, sometimes our support might ask you to attach your X1 log file. This guide is how to do that.
You can create a copy of the log file on your desktop via the options menu. Click the Cog icon in simple mode to open it, then the "Copy Log to Desktop" button at the bottom left of the window.

A copy of your profiles may also be requested. These can be exported to file via the main menu in Expert Mode.
