Can't drag across programs
For some reason I cannot get the Z2 to click and drag across programs, it always "lets go" once another window is in focus. I have the left button configured correctly in the Global profile (press and release) and no other profiles change this behaviour.

Swiftpoint Z tilt back activating randomly
I have an issue where the Swiftpoint Z will think it's tilted back all the way randomly. I have the mouse programmed to flash a custom message on the OLED screen, and change the scroll wheel to shift through songs when tilted backwards 17 degrees, and
Controller input not detected
I struggle to get controller input detected by external software or games. Windows joycpl also doesn't seem to detect any buttons or sticks, not sure if it ever did or should tho.

Firmware update fails after installing X1 for a Swiftpoint Z -- solution
Hi, I ran into a problem but I figured it out and thought it might help other people. After I updated from the old Swiftpoint Z software to the new X1 software I kept getting an "Update Failed" error when trying to update the driver and firmware. After trying several things, like rebooting, manually uninstalling the older software, etc., I finally thought to plug the mouse into a USB 2 port instead of the USB 3 port it's usually plugged into.
