With my Swiftpoint Z I have tried a few different games that I prefer to use a controller for movement over mouse/keyboard. However, the games are not recognizing me tilting the mouse as any kind of input. Is there a setting I need to change on the mouse

I got the SwiftPoint Z mouse, still getting used to it, but so far love it. A question is why there are no pre-made profiles, everything need to be manually setup. Why cannot put online other people's profiles / games, so that can be easily downloaded?
