P3 Control Panel crashes after it launches
Hello, I installed the P3 Control Panel but it crashes every time after launching. What I already tried is as follows: installed the latest version SwiftpointP3-V3.6.0.0.msi on my windows 10 ↓ crashed ↓ followed the instruction "Windows P3 Control Panel
Where can I find the 16 pre made profiles for gaming?
The page for the Swiftpoint Z says: "The Swiftpoint Z supports all software and games, and comes with 16 pre-made profiles for some of the leading titles in gaming." Where can I find these profiles? Pre-made profiles include: Apex Legends, Borderlands
Sharing profiles
I got the SwiftPoint Z mouse, still getting used to it, but so far love it. A question is why there are no pre-made profiles, everything need to be manually setup. Why cannot put online other people's profiles / games, so that can be easily downloaded?

This should be interesting, the new support area is active right now as was the old one when it launched. Within a few months the support forum became a ghost town because literally no one responded to anything, not even the growing barrage of abuse at Swiftpoint and its non existence. I even emailed the MD to Express my concerns, couldn't even be bothered to reply. I own a Z mouse and in 27 years of PC gaming its the best mouse on the planet and I'll buy another, but the support? We'll see..

What I mean by this is, have a distinct Z/TRACER replica model in the simple mode version of the software, that clearly displays and previews things in real time like the deep click force levels and vibration strength through a gauge rather than a percentage.
